This system facilitates the effective management of requestor inquiries and helps insure HIPAA compliance, and timely responses to RAC and other audit requests. In addition, the summary reporting capability allows you to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that are relevant, including some Meaningful Use measurements.

• All Discovery PC’s and laptops are subject to comprehensive security procedures including , anti-virus software, Credant file encryption software, and remote device management detection
• All Records are scanned and captured as PDF’s, uploaded via secure network using Closed loop – Cyclical Redundancy Check (CRC) file receipt
• Records are processed at Discovery’s site on our dedicated systems – Medical Records Lockbox and stored in secure SAN (storage attached network) / firewall protected
