HomeTown Health, LLC

HomeTown Health, LLC is an organization of rural and small hospitals, located throughout the state of Georgia, who collectively pursue ways to help our hospitals survive in this environment of tremendous budget cuts from the state and federal level. What began as a handful of community hospitals ten years ago has now grown into an organization of over 50 hospital members and over 50 business partners.

Illinois Primary Health Care Association

Established in 1982, IPHCA is a nonprofit trade association of community health centers (CHCs) that operate approximately 435 sites – 275 traditional and 160 special population sites – statewide and in neighboring Iowa and Wisconsin. These CHCs serve in excess of 1.2 million patients annually. IPHCA strives to improve the health status of medically underserved populations by fostering the provision of high-quality, comprehensive health care that is accessible, coordinate, community-directed, culturally-sensitive, and linguistically-competent. Ultimately, IPHCA works to increase access to high-quality, cost-effective primary health care services in urban and rural populations throughout the state, regardless of an individual’s ability to pay.
